Enhancing our Customer Service!

At Eastern Hose we pride ourselves on continuously evolving for our customers, whether that’s investing in our product, machinery or our team.
Delivering unrivalled service is of utmost importance to us. Due to a sustained period of growth we’ve enhanced our internal operation to ensure we continue delivering the high level of service our customers have become accustomed to with Eastern Hose.
Lead by our Head of Operations, Ross Roper, and our Customer Service Manager, Josh Fenn, we’ve strengthened our service support with the addition of two new team members.
Samanta Gerharde and Joel Windsor – who join us as Operations Administrator and Customer Service Assistant – bring with them vast amounts of experience within the customer service sector.
As part of our enhancement we’ve restructured the responsibilities of our internal team. Josh and Joel are on hand to offer you their extensive product knowledge and are responsible for product enquiries, quotes and new orders.
Within his role as Head of Operations, Ross is responsible for ensuring all production and delivery dates are met. He, along with Samanta, are in the best position to update you on the progress of your orders in a prompt and efficient manner.
